After ceasing operations in 2016, the building was acquired in 2022 and, with careful maintenance, the drawing mill's innovative spirit and architectural style were preserved.
Inside, it hosts facilities appropriate for producers, including production offices, conference rooms, and auxiliary technical services (dressing rooms with restrooms and showers, a makeup room, a hair salon, and tailoring).
This is a specific feature that will make Superstudio Village a hub for top-tier national and international productions, promoting the growth of the local economy in the Bovisa district in cooperation with already established organizations like the Polytechnic of Milan University.

A modular room with a height of 7 meters that can be divided into different rooms by means of movable walls and a capacity of 950 people.
Refreshment area
A glazed space available of 100 square meters is capable of accommodating up to 100 people.
Offices
Production offices, meeting rooms, and complementary technical services (dressing rooms with bathrooms and showers, make-up room, hairdressing, and tailoring room).
